One Baking Lesson 101

It's been decades since I remember mixing a batter. At first I thought it was difficult but I eventually ended up baking two goodies for two-consecutive days. For the first time, I tried new recipes: corn muffins and croissant. There's really no baking secret. With the ready-to-mix flour and ready-to-fold dough, I now have my first two lessons in Baking 101. For a newbie, I guess the end-result wasn't that bad -- nothing beats a freshly-baked aroma with good tasting goodies!

Just think of the smell and taste, don't count on the appearance yet -- I know I still have a long way to go especially on the croissant -- yay!
