Out in the Window
(Note: After more than a year of absence, I'm back to writing down my thoughts online. To start, here's a poem inspired by my room window. Out in the window, The sun rays in glory; Clouds up high in grandeur; The moon beams so shiny; Stars twinkle in a row; As I gaze in awe. Birds chirp in chorus; Flowers bloom in caucus; Falling leaves rustle; Icy crystals splatter; All of these matter. Busy Bees sizzle; Shower rains drizzle; Crazy Cars speed; Gentle voices heard; As I listen to their ode. Wet days; Sunny Mays; Busy highways; Quiet times; All of these, Out in the window ...
