One cat-zy day
Recently stray cats have been sighted under a shed in a hilly back yard. They are always on the look-out for preys; they run after any living creature they see around them. But they run away whenever they see human beings.
Two of the cats are grown-ups. One is colored black with white paws and the other one has a grayish fur all over its body, The third one is a younger version of the older black cat. Not sure if they're a family of three or more.
Today seems to be a special day for the two black cats. They are out in the backyard literally enjoying the warmth of the sun as they lie down along the steps of the shed. It seems to be one of their lazy day out in the sun.
The bigger black cat sprawled itself on the steps, looking like a statue since it hasn't moved for awhile however, the smaller cat is more active and playful; turning here and there until it finally fell down from the steps. After much effort to get up, the smaller cat was back on the steps again.
They heard the door slam and both cats hurriedly scampered away and takes cover. Meal is ready and put near the door of the shed.
After awhile, the cats slowly find their way back to the steps. The bigger cat immediately takes territory over the meal. The smaller cat tried to get some of its share but couldn't have it's turn. The meal is fully guarded by the bigger cat. Poor little one, the only thing it could do is to look at the bigger cat chew all the meal by itself as the smaller cat struts back and forth.
But the cat's story didn't end there. The little one was able to eat as much as the bigger one did from a second meal prepared.
After a hearty-meal, both cats now seem satisfied; and off they went to zzzz-land as they curled-up and stayed motionless for awhile under the bright rays of the afternoon sun.
